What are the kinds of decisions I have to make when forming my estate plan?

You need to think about two key areas.  The first is beneficiaries and the second is fiduciaries.
Beneficiaries: Who, how much, when, and how are the key questions.  We can help you with these decisions to a point, but ultimately, your estate plan is supposed to represent your wishes.
Fiduciaries: This is the person, persons, or entity that you designate to serve as executor(s), trustee(s), agent(s) and guardian(s).  You will also have to choose alternates and successors whenever possible. These people are entrusted with carrying out your wishes.
